One of the two videos of the study visit of the African   Delegates organised by CTA in the Indian states of Kerala, Karnataka, West Bengal and Delhi from 29 November 2009 to 8 December.
Supported by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA), the ground-breaking initiative, whose theme is "Social and Economic Development using Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs)", aimed at enhancing participants' knowledge on how India has harnessed ICT to promote its overall growth.

Produite par April Media Production, une agence indienne, cette vidéo donne une vison croisée de la visite d'étude en Inde effectuée en décembre. En complément du documentaire de People TV en cours de finalisation qui met l'accent sur la réaction des participants et les questions que l'on peut naturellement se poser quant à la viabilité d'une telle initiative dans le contexte africain, ce documentaire met d'avantage l'accent sur le modèle économique des télécentres indiens.
