Dear Shaddy, 
What we have heard have stimulated us to send our heart felt congratulations to the appointment of Dr. Shaddrach as the head or Executive Director of the Telecentre.org Foundation in the Philipines. Really this development has cheered most of us within telecenter movement indeed Zambia. 
 
Shaddy has been very motivational and suportive in many aspects. 
 
Taking India as one of the leading countries championing positive change in the telecenter movement, the appointment will create a positive impact and offer valuable solutions to challenges of change to the telecentre practitioners, managers, network managers and researchers and activists.
