Dear All,
 
This is to inform you all that Phenny Resley Angira, formerly of Ugunja Community Resource Centre and founder treasurer of Kentel passed away on December 15th, 2009. She was laid to rest at her family home in Rachuonyo District, Nyanzarovince on December 26th, 2009.
 
In 2007, Phenny actively participated in the process that saw the formation of KenTel. At that time she was based at UCRC's Siaya Branch.
 
Phenny was a woman of great faith, ideas and opinions and she will be sadly missed by her family and close friends.
 
I urge all of us to pray for her family during this time.
 
Eternal rest grant her Oh Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her, AMEN
