Longtime,
It is with regrets that I learn the death of Phenny through this e-mail communication.I met Phenny at the Telecenter conference that occured in Siaya and later met severally as we were trying to put the Kental House to functionality.
My God rest her soul in eternal piece.

Death of great people brings shortage of words. Phenny was indeed an open
minded woman full of leadership and energy. She will greatly be missed. May
God strengthen the family members and all of us to whose work she has always
been a good input.
