Hello Gerhard,
I am happy to read your comments about Ahm Rahman !
This because I had a chance to work with Peter Bruck ( the Chairman of
WSA) as the National Expert for Burundi since 2003.
Peter Bruck is really the greatest content visionary I have ever met !
Endeed, when attending ICT events, I find that Infrastructures issues are
taking most of the time. Even during in the recently ended GAID forum in
Monterrey which was dedocated to ICTs in Education, I felt like many
panellists really talked about infrastructures ( computers, broadband,
accessibility) .
I can say my greatest fun was attending the WSA Gala and conferences there !
So, I am convinced that the e. content industry is the one that can make
difference in future !
Sincerely
