Francis,
I know I have been out of circulation for some time; and now coming from
Zimbabwe where the need for more content in many fronts is called for. I had
the privilege of presenting the need for a telecentre focus in the country
to promote community enterprise competitiveness. They need this more than
anything that can be printed on screen or paper.

Needless to say therefore, I have kept away from mails and concentrated on
the work that was at hand and hence did not know of this development.

In order for the consultation to be purposeful, I trust that the
institutional model within which the telecentre.org will operate will be
circulated and the objectives, if changed, will be articulated.

This may help provide the guidelines that are so much necessary in any
consultation.
