Thanks Bazlu for this info, indeed many telecentres with community radios
will learn a lot from this survey. Human needs keep changing over time, some
of the multi purpose telecentres which carried out baseline surveys at the
start of the radios have never followed up, or conducted them again to check
for the changed needs of their listeners. Community radios compliment the
services rendered by the telecentres, specifically where the telecentre fail
to reach out to the beneficiaries. It will be nice to share with us the out
come of the survey.
