" - we surveyed some 380 gov supported telecentre in 2007 in Dominican republic. we found a very interesting correlation: when the more cyber centre are close/around the telecentre, the more users telecentres have. So there is a positive relation! or it means that there in places were is much more need/demand and use, there is more business for all. Studies are in spanish
