Dear All,
I am looking for case studies on ICT and fisheries,
I know of some from India where organisations / information centers have
used weather focus tools together with IT software to detect weather pattens
and thus empower fishermen by helping them make informed decision on when to
fish and locations to go to for a bigger catch etc,

Others are evolved around mobile phone technology and radio networks ie
using sms for information sharing on market prices etc

Does anyone out there have this type of information, software, case study,
documentary etc, and is willing to share this information at a workshop or
with an implementation team?
