[UgaBYTES] Mozambique Tlhangano ICT Discussion Forum, 30 July 2009

   The  Southern  African  NGO  Network  (SANGONeT)  and  the  Centro  de
   Informatica  da  Universidade  Eduardo  Mondlane (CIUEM) will host the
   Mozambique Tlhangano ICT Discussion Forum on 30 July 2009 at the Hotel
   VIP in Maputo.
   The  event  forms part of SANGONeT's Regional Thetha ICT Project which
   includes  a  series  of five discussion forums to be held in Zimbabwe,
   Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Botswana.

   Discussions  at  the  Mozambique  event will be informed by a research
   report,  "Digital Inclusion in Mozambique: A Challenge for All", which
   was  compiled  by  a  joint  team  of  CIUEM  and  the Mathematics and
   Informatics  Department  of  the  Eduardo  Mondlane University Science
   Faculty. The report forms part of the overall Thetha project.

   For  information  about the Zimbabwe Thetha event which was held on 21

   The Tanzania, Zambia and Botswana events will be held in September and
   October 2009.
