Hi all, Sulah began an interesting discussion on

members to give reasons for their generosity.

The reasons given were interesting and compelling in a way.

Here are the most highlighted points by different participants in the
discussion:

   Compassion/ kindness compels most participants to give

   To Support a cause
   -

   Response to a call
   -

   Help to build, develop, improve the well being or livelihood of others
   -

   Some find satisfaction in giving
   -

   Promote equality amongst people- mostly charity organizations
   -

   If there are elements of confidentiality, trust, good will, transparency
   and team work

   Others give in function of needs and priorities
   -

   If collateral results can be as positive in achieving the initial aims
   -

   Commitment

   When asked for help is when others give

   If there is a similar cause/ objective BTW the giving and receiving
