[UgaBYTES] FW: Help Me Immediately

Hi,
This is happening very regularly now. Recently even my hotmail account was hacked and a more or less similar email was sent to all my contacts including the mailing lists I had subscribed to. I received a number of phone calls from all my well wishers. I had a harrowing time and so was the case with all my contacts. It was very upsetting and I lost my oldest email account forever. Can't we do anything about it?
