telecentre.org<http://www.telecentre.org> , has, many of you may know, initiated the development of a guidebook for managing telecentre networks. It is now available as a wikibook<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikibook> .

In the course of its development, telecentre.org consulted network leaders from the different regions, soliciting input particularly in terms of experiences in setting up and effectively managing telecentre networks.
