telecentre.org<http://www.telecentre.org> , has, many of you may know, initiated the development of a guidebook for managing telecentre networks. It is now available as a wikibook<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikibook> .

"A Guidebook for Managing Telecentre Networks: Engineering a New Phase of the Telecentre Movement"<http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/A_Guidebook_for_Managing_Telecentre_Networks:_Engineering_a_New_Phase_of_the_Telecentre_Movement> is actually a collaborative project of the telecentre.org community. In the course of its development, telecentre.org consulted network leaders from the different regions, soliciting input particularly in terms of experiences in setting up and effectively managing telecentre networks.
