We realise that it will be easier for stakeholders to participate in
the assessment of the telecom regulatory environment for Uganda by
using an online link. we have therefore created one using survey
monkey, to ease your participation. However if you have already filled

NOTE: The survey is jointly carried out by the directorate for ICT
support (DICTS) at Makerere University and the Research ICT Africa
