Some of the questions we raised as concern for telecentre movement into the
draft policy, were addressed by Isaac, a consultant in UCC, in his
attachment.
Sorry this was delayed to be forwarded because when I read the mail, the
deadline for the comments into the policy document had passed but, I thought
we ought to go through his response for the raised concerns.
