[UgaBYTES] Telecentre.org launches photo contest

Time to bring out your cameras and capture scenes on Information
Communications Technology  for Development  as telecentre.org launches
the first-ever photo contest in the English website. As with the
recently concluded blog contest, the telecentre.org team hopes to
encourage and inspire community members to share their greatest
telecentre-related photos and earn recognition for their work. The
contest theme is "Celebrating telecentre successes". Entries accepted
from 17 August to 17 September 2009.
