Dear Bazlu,

Greetings from Indonesia. Congratulations, finally Bangladesh will  
have community radio stations.
Regarding to your release, you mentioned only 22 stations will get  
license from 126 applicants, isn't it? What about the rest? Are they  
facing the problems and Government did not want to issue their  
license? I'm curious to know.
