Hello Joseph, thank you for sharing this with us. In bid to increase
awareness about the ICT world and to also share our experiences with
the rest of the world, UgaBYTES publishes a monthly paper called the
Telecentre Times. I suggest that this inspiring story be shared with
the rest of the world; with due respect to copy right issues :-D
