[UgaBYTES] We Need advice on forming internet clubs.

Hullo Telecentre practitioners,
I am in need of your advice. I have seen many community and commercial radio stations form listeners’ clubs(which has in return worked out in their favour) 
UDS telecentre does not have a radio but has internet and would like to initiate internet clubs. We hope that this will spread internet and computer usage in our community, people will be able to use internet for development, and accessing donors among other benefits instead of only using it for sending and receiving mails.
 
Against this background therefore, I am seeking your advice on how to form a functional internet club while students are on holiday.
