[UgaBYTES] On Telecentre.org- The Help Desk Group

Hi Members,

This is to inform you that a group called 'The Help Desk', has been
launched.  With the surging popularity of Social Networking websites
and in our case the Telecentre.org website there is a need to include
a feature that will address the challenges faced by Telecentre
practitioners in all capacities through. Members can ask questions on
management, content & service development, training, technical,
fundraising or evaluation issues.

The group will regularly be monitored by a panel of experts most of
have experience in running  other helpdesks. Telecentre.org Community
Facilitators will also be on hand to guide through discussions and
provide other helpful resources.
