[UgaBYTES] Uganda government to launch Web portal

Interesting news Betty. I can't wait to see how it looks. I can imagine
Ugandans being able to access all government info from one portal. This is a
good initiative.

I hope it doesn't end up like the sorry district websites and the Ministry
of ICT websites, which are never updated!
