[UgaBYTES] Roles and Responsibilities of telecentre committees |response

Hi All,

I think that committees to play a successfully role in helpful running
telecenters must be worked in the past a staff or manager telecenter, even
reached to the telecenters committees for support, engaged and understand
movement of telecenters.therefore the strategy plan and this matters may be
was very clear and helpful to success of telecenters.
