[UgaBYTES] Roles and Responsibilities of telecentre committees|response

Hi, 
I also agree with Polly that telecenter committees are a link between the staff and communitities in a case that a telecenter is a community run telecenter. I think one more task is the understanding and incoporation of social enterprising princimples by telecenter commitees. There must be a clear understanding of the presence of a telecenter at a community level. The main task is to meet social and economic emancipatation of the communities the telecenter serves so that they respond to the challenges of livelihoods, democracy etc. telecenter committees should thus strive to ensure that thier roles are in line with community aspirations.
