*Colombia  National Telecentre Academy is an initiative coordinated by  Colnodo
in partnership with the Ministry of Communications,
TELECENTRE.ORG<http://telecentre.org/>, Esplai Foundation, which seeks
to increase the impact and social
appropriation of Telecentres in Colombia by enhancing capacity buildings and
capability of the people who administrating and managing Telecentres. The
courses are targeted the administrators, the mangers of Telecentres    and
  other centres of public access to Communication and information
technologies in Colombia.   Courses  will be taught via the Internet
(online) at no cost
The Colombia  National Telecentre Academy  offered 7 courses including how
to start a Telecentre, social entrepreneurship in Telecentres, promoting
Telecentres,    writing skills, Digital literacy, blogging and  creativity
among children and the use of ICTs  and then  invited the mangers and
administrators of Telecentre and public access to ICT  to enrol in a virtual
training to be started  September 10th. Entries will be open until
5thSeptember. according to the websites three course are closed now
