The role of ICTs in development and poverty eradication requires new
innovation of work and enabling information and knowledge to be effectively
used to add value to economic and social activities.

Using ICTs strategies for Socio-Economic development through digital
technologies and Internet network currently can play a leading role in
improving livelihood opportunities for people who are living in poverty and
espicially in rural areas.
taking into consideration the needs of life in rural areas and identifying
the most important priorities through studies, survey, and practical
research, All of these points must be very carefully, included a series of
important considerations that can be entrepreneurs introduced and adopted
through infrastructure related and examine a range of considerations in
progressive ways to improve livelihood in rural areas, and this
depends on three
key players: government, private sector and the community. Together, they
will play the real role in growth and enhancing rural livelihode

*about these points:
*- Design and activate the role of local Internet sites , market content,
market information such as daily sales volumes and average prices. Which
follow the movement of local farmers and their products in rural areas for
opening marketplace and create competition between farmers to improve income
for producers and lower costs for consumers, also improved agricultural
information may have knock-on effects in other livelihood areas.

- Advertisements for agricultural products , handicrafts and other local
products to sell and demonstrate the skills of farmers and craftsmen in
opening marketplace through interactive via web sites. Traditional method
for" fruit and vegetable product prices available through telephone
and internet".

With noting that smart and creative advertisements can give good methods for
creating new jobs opportunities by ICTs.

- Advertisements through local radio may create a spirit of competition
between farmers and handicraftsmen to give their products a good quality.
honest competition may thereby improve the quality for fast product
discharge.

- Mobil telephones services, between rural areas provide with telephone, fax
Internet, printing, photography ,photocopy and advertising roads all these
services and focus on the local community content of the countryside in the
light of terms and focusing and also assisting in the dissemination of this
content through electronic services that use the Internet or radio or
advertising on mobile.

- Focusing on villagers who learn quickly ICT skills, encouraging them to
innovate and giving them required assistance for training and openning
telecentres and creation of a local force.
- Encourage private sector to enter rural markets to take advantage of their
products through a policy of contacts supported and coordinated. so the
farmers can cooperate to connect more directly with buyers via commodity
trading systems or e-mail.

- Creating so-called rural technology by better access to information,
including and supporting in the first place the local languages and other
more languages such as English to facilitate communication and understanding
among these companies with farmers and professional businessmen and
craftsmen.
