[UgaBYTES] Supportcentre FAQ Update | making it better

Francis, hi

Thanks for the regular FAQs from the Supportcentre. I think they
remind the list about the wealth of knowledge available already
within the telecentre community.

May I suggest that you make this even sweeter. For every Question,
provide at least 4 lines of the Answer to draw people's interest more
(then indicate detail can be found at the url...) You know, when I
read an answer that sounds like what I have been looking for, its
easier to click for more.
