Congratulations for this wonderful achievement!

The promotion of the common grants as part of the academy is a challenge to
the telecentre initiatives. The ability to convince the Indian government to
support such an effort means that your personal drive in this matter needs
to be lauded. It is important for the country telecentre initiatives to see
this as a beneficial challenge so that what you and Ahmed in Sudan have done
becomes a light in government involvement.

Finally I want to thank you for having charged me with the responsibility to
be in your Panel of Experts. It demonstrated to me what other telecentres
are doing and the opportunity to create value as I work with our telecentres
in Africa as we propagate the content development for our affiliate
telecentres.
