[UgaBYTES] Drishtee to extend support to Telecentres in Rwanda

Dear Paul, 
It is motivating to hear such kind of partnerhsips within telecenter development in Rwanda. Taking into account the constraintts you mentioned in rural areas of Rwanda, I think that the MOU is really going to be benefecial to telecenters in Rwanda. 

I hope you will narture this partnership for the good of the telecenters and rural population.
