can i request the moderator to think about list emailing policy?
it was a 5 meg attachment, in a telecentre related mailing list.
myself in a small telcentre, and we have some days a unstable and slow satellite 
  connectivity  and it takes 15 minutes to download such a mail.
usually mailing list nettiquette is to not circulate attachments. you can cut 
and paste text in the mail (less than 2K) and put a link to a page on-line with 
your pics nicely formatted.
