Hi all

Responding to Meddie's contributions, I shd tell you that we distributed a
questionnaire aiming to find out about degree of satisfaction with the CAICC
support centre and priority needs to all the delegates at the General Meeting
of the Community Radio Forum (FORCOM) - in other words, representatives from
radios and CMCs from all over the country. We will share the results with the
list as soon as we have time to analyse the responses. And as we have already
told you all, our helpdesk manager and CAICC coordinator are currently in the
north for direct contacts with the community centres. So although I don't
think we will manage another face to face focus group with the Ugabytes
questions we will have some contributions to make.

Also, I hope list members will learn something about how CAICC operates from
the Telecentre Times article that Meddie has referenced.
