[UgaBYTES] Announcing a discussion on the support centre

Dear members,

This is to inform you that we shall be having a two weeks discussion on the
impact and the future of all the support centres (English, Portuguese and
French) starting this Friday 10th October. We all need to share with you,
your experiences and challenges in using any of these support centre and
what you see as lacking to make it a strong factor in helping your community
or telecentre.

My hope is that, at the end of a two weeks discussion, we shall be having a
concrete idea on the next step.
