I agree with Ahmed (I often do!) - it's true that the mobile will become a
walking personal computer in many ways, but for some time to come that will be
mostly for the urban areas (not enough bandwidth in rural areas), and in those
areas the fullest use will be made by professionals and those who can afford
it. That's why we have to find the synergies between those capacities and the
rural telecentres - we shd be aiming at win-win in business-speak, not
competition as such. Polly
