[UgaBYTES] Incoporate M-phone services in TC activities instead of comparing!

I have following the argument that intends to compare telencentres to Mobile phones. However, I would like to be of the same mind with Medie who rightly says telecentre are an infrastructure and mobile phones are a tool. 
 
We truly need to think of a sustainable way of incorporating mobile phone-services into telecentre activities.  I know the good services provided by mobile phones with definitely increase efficiency of telecentre service delivery to target communities.
