[UgaBYTES] Late contribution to the support centre discussion

Thanks for input Ahmed, but I'm not sure that I understand why you think the
results weren't helpdesk-related. Those responding to the questionnaire were
from the helpdesk target group, and I thought they were quite specific. Maybe
there's confusion because CAICC does more than an online helpdesk? But I think
that as it's the same 1 1/2 people doing all the work it's important to be
aware of demand and priorities so that activities can be organised better to
meet needs.

The results also confirm that organising a discussion about the helpdesk on
the CAICC discussion list, which is what we have started by publishing these
results, in fact only reaches a minority of our target group. It's true that
even with connectivity it's unlikely that there would  be contributions to the
Ugabytes list in English from the community-level centres, but even in
Portuguese we have to look for other ways of maintaining our communications
with the local partners.
