[UgaBYTES] Late contribution to the support centre discussion

Hello Polly and All,

:) the attachment had the perfect size anyone would well come in his/her
inbox.

Otherwise the survey was great and I am very sure this is gona help you more
in shaping your way forward. However, this survey reflects a general view
and I think it does not reflect a lot on the support centre which would also
be crucial in determining whether it has or playing any significant role to
them.

Maybe, as I had suggested to you and Neves that a discussion in Portuguese
be organized specifically on the support centre as we anticipated that it
could have been that the language maybe pulled some folks off the english
discussion and we missed their inputs.
