[UgaBYTES] Late contribution to the support centre discussion

Dear colleagues

As I have mentioned before, the Community Information and Communication
Support Centre (CAICC) took advantage of the recent Annual General Meeting of
the Community Radio Fórum (FORCOM), of which all the community multimedia
centres are members, to do a survey seeking to find out how useful the CAICC
is being and what are the main priorities for network members. During a trip
last week I collected 3 more questionnaires from telecentres that aren’t
members of FORCOM.

We promised to share the results with the Ugabytes list, as a contribution to
the discussion on helpdesks. Sorry it’s a bit late, but the extra time
required for translation is sometimes lacking!

The report is now 2 and a bit pages long, so I decided to put it in an
attachment, and hope it's not too big. Ahmed will no doubt let me know if it is!
