[UgaBYTES] Interest in a SME course in ISREAL

Dear colleague in Uganda,

1) the Israeli programme is not bad but similar
conferences are available in most EU countries.
I like the entrepreneurial spirit in Israel and their
easy approach towards business.

2) The best driver for Green management is e-Government.
See the millions of cost-cutting in Switzerland and my country Austria.
e-billing or e-taxation are one of these applications.
Or even e-legislation (our parliament saves each year
60 tons of paper by running a 100-percent electronic workflow).

3) the Israeli programmes misses any reference to e-Government
and simple documentation + e-learning tools on your mobile phones.
(simple and cheap solutions since NOT based on SMS)

Summarizing: you may start green management without
e-Government in place. But a proper e-Government can double
or even triple your cost-cutting efforts. Especially G2B works
well in Austria for 20 years.

kind regards from Vienna,

Gerhard
