Dear Colleagues

All sorts of things are possible IF THE INFRASTRUCTURE is present and
if the people that CONTROL the infrastructure allow it to be
accessible at affordable prices.

Up to now few places have priced the use of infrastructure to optimize
socio-economic development, rather to optimize short term profit and
government revenues ... very short-sighted ... but the norm.

The cost of use of modern infrastructure is tiny ... really tiny ...
but you would never know it by looking at the pricing.

As some of you are probably aware ... this is the sort of analysis
that is central to Community Accountancy (CA) ... but most modern
decision makers only work with their personal profit maximizing
metrics to the detrement of society as a whole.
