   Dear all,  I wish to share with you the photograph for the
Nakaseke Telecentre  during the renovations . am very sorry it has
taken quit long simply because I used the Local camera photographers
and priting is done in the city- Kampala.     And to posit this photo
I needed a good link because apparently am using a dial -up so I had
to travel to Wobulenzi and when I got there  I found when power was
off. therefore, I was then forced to travel to Kampala   65 Km .  so I
have realised that in this Digital era a digital camera is  a
necessity to any Telecentre for reporting purposes.   Yours  Peter
