Thanks Polly for reminding us - Language will be key to this initiative. 

Perhaps that also means we have to look into language based curriculum with
the initiative. Besides the framework - which is the academy - content might
come in any language.

With Pete's explanation and earlier exchanges about certification, I take
away two things: its critical and possible if we can work with other
training institutions. There are many organisations that we can use but
first the Telecentre Academy has to start.
