I wish to share with all of you the presentation of Minister of ICT, Hon.
Ham-Mulira to the participants of the just concluded four day youth
leadership training camp organised by Rotary Club of Jinja at Lords meade
Vicational College,Njeru.  He was represented by the Director for
Commincaion and Braodcasting Infrastructure, Dr. Kubuuka Godfrey. Over 180
youths of 14 to 20 years old participated in the camp.
