[UgaBYTES] locals didnt shun the telecentre

Dear friends 
   
  In addition to other factors like rangers killing poachers The location of the telecentre is unfavourable for the local community . Personally i have been to the place its a high game population area with on many occasions attacking locals . Its important to seriuosly consider the location with a special focus on the targeted community most likely this telecentre was meant for tourist not the locals .If it was for the local community it would have been situated at Kikorongo trading centre where locals would easily access the facility. Its in this line that KYOSENET  a local NGO is interested in community led telecentres
