One of us would like to register to participate in the
 fifth East African Telecentre Leaders Forum (EATLF) .We ask after the
chance to one of:

"30 full board scholarships for accommodation and 15 for air tickets will
be available for Eastern African participants for early registrants."

How to go about registration modalities?
