Dear Freinds,

It has been a tight schedule of the Times. But it is finally out. During
this compilation period I would like to thank all our READERs and Partners
in the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia for sharing such useful stories.
They are really great! With more expert stories and grassroot stories!

For our readers across the world; the online version:
http://www.ugabytes.org/telecentretimes/, has been improved to give an
easy to access and a lasting eye impression website. Content arrangement
is remarkable. As an effort to improve it even better, kindly send
recommendations for online Times face lift to andaula at ugabytes.org, any
time.

The new online Telecentre Times has got a whole visible advertisement
space for development partners, service providers and many others. The
current advertisement costs will be communicated soon; but fit in the
ICT4D promotion abilities. If your are interested in advertising your
organization, service or product; you may write to
secretariat at ugabytes.org. In the same efforts, UgaBYTES will be sharing
with you periodically the access ratings of the online version of the
Times by region.

Lastly, if you are interested in the most recent version of the Times,
please write to secretariat at ugabytes.org, Stating the number of the times
to be sent and the address to which to will be posted. Very few copies of
the prevoius 2 versions can be posted for telecentre researchers, who have
interest in old copies but missed out during that distribution period.

Once again, thank you for the support given to us in the knowledge sharing
work. We pleage to keep the telecentre flag high and straight.

Best Regards,
---
Sulah
