As public private partnership is gaining ground as a way of getting
governments and societies to accomplish more, I thought this webcast by the
World Bank of the workshop organized by Samia Melhem and Oleg Petrov of the
Bank may be helpful for those interested.

It was organized at the Bank headquarters in Washington DC and was
videolinked with six centers including New Delhi, Accra and Russia and the
complete webcast has been archived and was shared on the day of the
conference, that is yesterday! It may be useful for WITFOR to think of using
these technologies for the next conference..
