[UgaBYTES] telecentre.org joins OTP

Dear Shaddy, 
This is a very important development in the Telecenter movement. The linkage signifies that Telecenters, through the Open Training Platform is to beneft and impact significantly to the work of telecenters around the world. This is also a very important entry and linkage to the United Nations system. This will also motivate our regional, national and community telecenters to work harder and emulate our global telecenter partner.   
We are glad about this development and send our gratitude to Telecenter.org.
