i have read with interest the telecentre.org charter. It shows that we should be above ICT but then ICT still remains a core component.

This is a publication of Ugunja Community Resource Centre (www.ugunja.org) and seeks to highlight some of the work that UCRC is engaging in during this trying moment in kenyan history. The process initiated by UCRC is covers Siaya Distruct and is also now extended to Kisumu city which has witnessed a lot mass action and destrction.
