telecentres!

AGREE

"Imagine what we can do together"  Reinvention of the wheel is then avoided,
but development upon proven to work techniques strengthened.

#2 Financial goals and performance are the HEART of telecentre
sustainability!

DISAGREE

The recipe that brings about the HEART include technical sustainability,
community involvement, inclusion and participation among others.

#3 Partnership rather than content development should be the concern of
telecentre managers

DISAGREE

Telecentres being information hubs, content generation is the key concern
for a telecentre manager, indeed if a telecentre is rich in content; can
lead to great partnership.
