The book explains the evolution of the telecentre movement and explores the
diversity of public computing initiatives (like telecentres) around the
world, examining the common visions and goals that unite them.

It's intended to inspire technology activists to realize that they're part
of a worldwide movement to bridge the digital divide, rather than working in
isolation.
